Manly's Horrible History

This week we listened to local studies librarian talk to us about some of Manly's horrible history including many stupid deaths. Check out the photos to see the lion of Manly, Old fashioned Northern Beaches school kids with their pudding bowl haircuts, a shark caught at Manly, flying fish that landed on the manly Ferry, the old Manly baths and wharf, Balgowlah's biggest golf ball in the world and heaps more.

We also made some old fashioned hand coloured portraits of our own.

LIBRARY AMAZING RACE

We had an "Amazing Race" style treasure hunt around the libarary last week.
